This position will support the Development Team from land acquisition through the development, design, and construction phases for new and renovated hospitality projects.

Responsiblities 
  • Communicate and follow up with consultants including architects, contractors, attorneys, municipal staff, engineers, and other parties associated with the development and initial design & construction process.
  • Coordinate the land purchase/lease due diligence and closing process by working with the title company, attorneys, sellers and the NCG accounting department.
  • Provide assistance in generating meeting agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes for Development Committee and various development meetings.
  • Coordinate creation and distribution of development reports and summaries including; pipeline reports budget approval tracking and Executive Summaries.
  • Facilitate the Franchise Applications process to include application and included material preparation, submission, follow up and franchise license execution.
  • Assist in compiling and preparing state and local municipality liquor license applications for new hotels.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, development and/or real estate transactions
  • Advanced knowledge and skill in Microsoft programs and Adobe Professional
  • Excellent proofing, grammar, and spelling skills
  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work with a sense of urgency while handling multiple priorities and duties
  • Ability to handle confidential information
