How do I make an impact on my team?
Our reliable and honest Hotel Security Guard is devoted to providing friendly customer service while also ensuring our guests a safe and worry-free hotel stay.
- Completes multiple rounds of premises to detect potential sources of security problems,
safety hazards and fire hazards. - Assists guest with security, safety, and service issues.
- Ensures all entrances are locked each night and all closets, storage areas, trash and linen
chutes are locked at all times. - Responds promptly to front desk reports of guests problems or concerns, informs front
desk when action is complete. - Responds to emergencies, coordinates the partial or complete evacuation of the property
in case of fire, armed robbery, severe injuries, power failure, or bomb threats as
necessary. - Monitors property key control to ensure that all property keys are accounted for.
- Responds promptly to inquiries or complaints.
What does success look like in this role?
- Must have at least a minimum of 1 year experience in security
- Possession of a valid driver's license and evidence of self-insurability
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Reliability and honesty
- Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
