How do I make an impact on my team?
Our hands on and driven Building Maintenance Manager will oversee all daily maintenance operations at the property to help our guest have a safe and happy stay. 
  • Perform and direct preventative maintenance programs/repairs for equipment, guestrooms and the property overall
  • Act as a ‘project manager’ for in-house led projects, such as gathering proposals, making recommendations, coordination and timing, quality control, accounting and problem solving issues 
  • Secure and oversee outside contractors to handle more complicated equipment and building repairs
  • Performs repairs of minor mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and building-related components
  • Maintains pool and spa according to the company, the property brand, and state and local codes
  • Maintains outdoor appearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot
 
What does success look like in this role?
  • Prior experience in hotel, building, apartment or similar maintenance environment
  • Must have and maintain a CPO certification
  • Friendly customer service to brighten the day of our guests
  • Hospitality and guest focus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to creatively problem solve
  • Reliability and honesty
  • Desire to add to a supportive and effective team
