How do I make an impact on my team?
Our friendly and outgoing Morning Restaurant Supervisor will provide exceptional guest service by preparing exciting beverages for our guests.
- Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the food & beverage outlets.
- Maintain personal contact with in-house guests and clients to ensure guest loyalty.
- Supervise food & beverage staff to include assisting in recruitment & selection, training &
development, scheduling, and other employee relations’ issues. - Is trained and able to perform any food & beverage front of the house position at the
property. - Maintain food & beverage product and service quality standards by ensuring policies and
procedures are executed shift to shift. - Assist in ordering, receiving, storing and physical count of all food & beverage related
products. - Prepare accurate and refreshing beverages and drinks
- Ensure guest safety and property safety by reporting suspicious behavior and tracking alcohol consumption
- Perform work duties in compliance with all property brand safety and security procedures and local health department standards

- Must have a minimum 1 year experience in bartending and food service
- Must be able to work the PM shift
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Reliability and honesty
