How do I make an impact on my team?
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to general managers which includes creating, implementing, documenting, and improving operational standards for each property location, streamlining operations so that guests are well served and all property performance goals are met.
- On a weekly and monthly basis, monitor the key operational and financial indicators of each property to help assure performance targets are being met. These indicators include customer satisfaction surveys, occupancy, rates, revenue goals, expenses, labor issues, market share, food & beverage performance, property performance, and others.
- Facilitate and follow up on the corrective action plan for annual operations audit conducted annually at each property.
- Work closely with each property to assure that its physical plant facilities are well maintained in accordance with both Brand and NCM’s cleanliness and guest service standards.
- Frequently inspect each location, (ideally monthly) and assist general managers in obtaining facility and maintenance expertise where necessary.
- Act as a resource for the properties in developing and executing annual Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management Plans and Operating budgets.
