How You’ll Make An Impact:
You will be the heart of our corporate office, connecting people, keeping operations running smoothly, and supporting our company culture in action.
  • Own the Office Experience: Support corporate office events, team meetings, and day-to-day moments that reflect the NCG spirit
  • Coordinate Office Operations: Manage communications, supplies, scheduling, and relationships with vendors to keep everything running smoothly
  • Create Amazing First Impressions: Welcome guests and corporate office team members into a professional, vibrant office environment
  • Communicate Like a Pro: Maintain internal databases, checklists, and clear communications with attention to detail
  • Thrive on Variety: Pitch in wherever needed, supporting department teams, solving problems, and elevating the everyday.
