How do I make an impact on my team?
Welcome guests as they arrive for breakfast, preparing and serving beverages such as coffee drinks
- Take orders from guests, input orders into Point-of-Sale system, and handle cash
- Complete opening and closing duties, set up, stock, and maintain work areas to be clean, neat, and sanitized
- Consider yourself a "people person", and enjoy meeting others
- Understand how to create a great customer service experience
- Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work
- Are open to learning new things (especially the latest beverage recipe!)
- Are comfortable with responsibilities
What Success Looks Likes
- Four months of restaurant/server experience
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
