How You’ll Make An Impact
Be the strategic leader responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies in support of the organization’s overall business plan and strategic direction. This includes talent acquisition, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and legal compliance.
- Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent in a competitive hospitality market
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills, growth, and knowledge
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for the payroll function
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Strong background in employee relations, organizational development, talent management, budget planning, including wage and benefit forecasting
- Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, labor laws, and employment regulations and DEI best practices and initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
