About the Role
As a Hotel Front Desk Manager you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while inspiring and leading our team to achieve operational excellence. You’ll oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensure exceptional service delivery, and collaborate with other departments to uphold the high standards of the DoubleTree by Hilton brand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership & Team Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of guest service professionals.
    • Provide consistent coaching and feedback to help team members grow and succeed.
  2. Guest Experience:
    • Act as the face of the hotel, resolving guest concerns promptly and exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
    • Elevate service standards by implementing guest-centric initiatives and addressing feedback with proactive solutions.
  3. Operational Excellence:
    • Manage front office operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
    • Ensure seamless collaboration with other departments to uphold the guest experience and drive operational efficiency.
  4. Problem Solving & Decision Making:
    • Handle escalated guest issues with professionalism and creativity, ensuring timely resolutions.
    • Proactively identify and implement solutions to enhance team productivity and guest satisfaction.
  5. Safety & Compliance:
    • Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to safety standards and policies.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company, brand, and regulatory guidelines.
