How You’ll Make An Impact
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events to ensure exceptional service, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Financial Management

Adhere to budget guidelines for food and beverage sales, as well as labor costs
Maximize profitability by effectively controlling expenses and maintaining high service quality

Banquet Operations

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of meeting and banquet set-ups and service
Follow proper purchasing and requisitioning procedures to ensure cost control and inventory accuracy
Monitor the quality of banquet food, beverage service, and plate presentation to meet brand standards

Event Execution & Coordination

Collaborate with the Chef and Banquet Captains to ensure all event details and arrangements are executed as contracted
Inspect meeting rooms prior to guest arrival to confirm that all client specifications and setup requirements have been met

Qualifications

Three years of food & beverage experience
Three years of supervisory experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective problem-solving skills
Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse
Strong leadership and a professional image
