How You’ll Make An ImpactThe Hotel Guest Experience Ambassador provides courteous, prompt service to our guests by answering the property’s phones, making reservations, checking guests in/out, and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a memorable personalized experience
- Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival, offering personalized and friendly interaction.
- Actively engages with guests in the lobby while they wait for service, providing updates or answering questions.
- Assists guests with directions, property information, and frequently asked questions.
- Coordinates with front desk, valet, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitors lobby traffic and guest flow to identify opportunities to enhance comfort and service efficiency.
- Provides recommendations for local attractions, dining, transportation, and hotel amenities.
- Maintains lobby appearance, ensuring the space remains clean and inviting.
- Addresses guest concerns or service gaps by immediately notifying the appropriate department or leadership.
- Communicates with guests and responds to requests via the Marriott GXP System
- Assists with special guest requests and supports VIP or high-profile arrivals when applicable.
- Upholds brand standards and high service expectations.
What Success Looks Likes

- Strong customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- High knowledge of the immediate area is required.
- Prior hospitality, concierge, or guest-service experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during high-traffic periods.
- Strong communication skills and comfort initiating guest interactions.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities.
- Professional image in dress and mannerisms
- Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain an active lobby presence.
